A short stop, without rushing

The factory tasting lasts 30 minutes and costs €15.00 per person for 1-10 guests. Add your travel time and arrive for the confirmed session. You compare Red Fox, Export Proof and Angel Share with water, ice, almonds and Sicilian chocolate.

A 30-minute experience does not mean you can arrive without booking. Send your weekday request at least four hours ahead.

An aperitivo after work or with friends

The two-hour aperitivo costs €30.00 per person, for 1-8 guests. Each guest chooses an arancino and a cannolo to pair with whiskey.

Weekday evening sessions are at 17:00, 19:00 and 21:00, subject to availability. A couple or a group of colleagues books the same experience: an exclusive room is not included.

If it rains

Factory tasting and aperitivo take place indoors, within their ordinary weekday calendar. They are options to request in advance, not automatic replacements for a weekend forest walk.

Outdoor activities depend on safe weather and trail conditions. Changes are agreed with the crew; do not travel assuming an alternative has already been confirmed.

Arrive at the right place

Factory experiences take place at Via Domenico Tempio 46, 95041 Caltagirone (CT). Forest walks meet in Santo Pietro Square; the group reaches the trail in participants’ own cars. Dinner is at Tenuta San Pietro. Transport is not included. Use the directions in your confirmation and ask about parking and access before travelling.

For walks, ask about current distance, elevation and terrain. The three-hour duration includes stops and does not, by itself, tell you how difficult the walk is.

From request to confirmation

Factory tastings and aperitivo: Monday-Friday, at least 4 hours ahead. Forest experiences and dinner: weekends, at least 24 hours ahead. Published availability and confirmation are always required.

Select the experience, date, time and guest count. Sending the request does not confirm a place or charge a payment. After checking it, the crew sends confirmation and payment instructions. Changes or cancellations require at least 36 hours’ notice under the published terms; ask about those terms before confirming a short-notice booking.

Tell us your preferred language, food requirements, mobility needs and whether minors or non-drinking companions will join. The crew checks suitability, ingredients, alternatives and any different charges before confirmation. Alcohol service is for adults only; an accessible forest route is not guaranteed.
