Marlon and Alex Malfa are directly responsible for the business and the Red Fox – Sicilian Whiskey project. Marlon Malfa is a master distiller with a degree in management engineering.
The company has operated in Sicily since 2017. The project brings together spirits production, whiskey culture, landscape, Sicilian cuisine and experiences lived directly in Caltagirone.
The central commercial website is sicilianwhiskey.com; this website extends the project through experiences, tastings and direct communication with the distillery.

Sikè di Marlon Malfa opened its spirits facility after evolving from the Sikè Birra Viva Siciliana craft brewery.
The Red Fox – Sicilian Whiskey commercial brand was launched for blended whiskey production and sales.
The company obtained commercial authorisation to operate in European and international alcoholic-beverage markets.
Oakchain was created: a system dedicated to transparency, traceability and anti-counterfeiting for luxury goods.
sicilianwhiskey.it launched as the platform for experiences and a direct relationship with the distillery.
