The aperitivo is accompanied by the crew’s direct account of the company, its brand philosophy and the relationship between whiskey, cuisine and landscape. Please note allergies or dietary needs in the booking notes.

The same two-hour aperitivo suits a pair or a small group of friends and colleagues. It costs €30.00 per person, for 1-8 guests. Evening sessions are at 17:00, 19:00 and 21:00 on weekdays, subject to availability and at least four hours' notice.
